So, for this week’s challenge, I would love to see some layouts featuring CIRCLES! Hmm… does this mean you can’t have any corners… no but there should be more circles than corners on your page.

Nat’s Potpourri Challenge – First

September 25th, 2010 Nathalie Posted in Nat's Potpourri Challenge 6 Comments »

Hey everyone, Tricia here! I’m so excited that not only is it Friday but that I get to bring this weeks challenge to you! I have been really racking my brain trying to think of the perfect challenge for this week since it’s my first time doing something like this. Then it hit me, it was a first for me! We all have first right? First date, first kiss, first baby, and many more so why not use that. I would love everyone to please scrap a first for you or someone close to you. This is no required kit or colors that need to be used this week so just go wild!

I was able to use a fabulous kit called Dear Tooth Fairy that was created by eNKay Design and Victoria Feemster Designs and is available at Scrapbook Bytes, SugarHillCo, and Scrappity Doo Dah right now.

Seriously how adorable is that?! This worked for me since my oldest daughter just lost her FIRST tooth!! Here is the page I created with it that helped inspired this challenge too.

*linked for full credits*

Please remember that you do not have to use this kit, your page just needs to portray a first. So go, design, and then come back to show us your page! All those that participate in this week will be receiving a free Clip ‘n Doodle frame set (totally awesome!).

Those who use eNKay Design products will also be entered in a drawing to win a gift certificate to eNKay Design’s store (personal use only). When you have finished your layout, upload it to your favorite gallery or image hosting site, before coming back here and replying to the this blog challenge entry with a link to your layout. I can’t wait to see what you come up with and have a GREAT weekend!
