You may
◊ alter, change, recolor and/or resize images for your personal use
◊ submit to online galleries and magazines as long as you give credit to eNKay Design
◊ use my products to create gifts as long as they are just that, gifts in small amounts.
You may not
◊ alter images and claim as your own
◊ share with friends, in E-Groups, online in any way
◊ redistribute my designs in any way
◊ make quickpages or templates from my products and offer them for sale or free under any circumstances.
Limited Scrap for hire/others is permitted as long as conditions are followed outlined below:
You may
◊ create layouts or other craft items for individual clients to be delivered to the client in paper or flattened form without asking permission or purchasing an additional license.
You may not
◊ use my designs to create quick pages for sale at any online store, blog, or auction sites.
◊ use our items for the purpose of web design or web templates, eBay product pages or eBay about me pages, or cards without permission. If you are interested in this type of use, please contact me to discuss the proper licensing.

This license is for digital scrapbook designers only - for information on alternative commercial licensing please contact me.
This product, or any part of this product MAY NOT be offered/shared/given for sale or free to another party for any reason.
You MAY use this product to create digital scrapbook products (papers, elements and alphabets) for sale by you in a kit or for free promotional items to complement a for-sale product, provided:
(a) The item is a colored, flattened element meant to be used for creating a digital scrapbook layout
(b) The item is NOT a style, brush, overlay, or template created from my products
(c) The item is NOT used to create a commercial/professional use product.
You MAY NOT use my products to create a freebie unless it is a promotional item to complement a for sale product.
You are NOT allowed to produce any other products than personal use digital scrapbook designs (This means you cannot make and sell printed kits/elements for retail stores, logos,
commercial or personal website/blog designs, digital/rubber stamps, cards, gift tags, invites, announcements, print on demand, clothing, etc).
You are NOT allowed to turn the original or derivative designs over to any company for any reason.
CREDITS ARE NOT REQUIRED BUT ALWAYS APPRECIATED.
If you wish to use eNKay Design products in any other way than digital scrapbooking you must contact me for alternative licensing options.
